Karma bags follow a production model that is based on nature. Which means that everything in the production process is used up by a higher function and nothing, absolutely nothing, goes into the landfill. We call this bio-mimicry, where everything in nature is consumed and degraded contributing to another life cycle.

The speciality of Karma Paper is that they contain seeds of exotic and edible plants like Amaranth, Basil, Spinach, Rosemary, Celosia, Wildflowers etc that grow after you throw away products made from Karma Paper.

The Caribbean has a new island. An island that has grown steadily to an enormous size of 9 square kilometres across over the last couple of decades. This is a floating island made solely of non-biodegradable plastic bags, bottles and cigarette butts. The irony is, there’s a much bigger island floating around in the Pacific Ocean too…and it is an astounding 20 square kilometres across. Twice the size of the Caribbean floating island of plastic bags!

This, along with millions of landfills across the globe that are saturated with non biodegradable plastic bags and are growing rapidly every day.

We are not just waiting for an ecological disaster to happen in the future. We are already living in one.
